Great experience. I was expecting to fully pay for a new roof totally out of pocket when I saw the T. Williams billboard advertising home insurance covered roof replacement. T. Williams inspected my roof and directly worked with my insurance to get the new roof covered by my insurance with little effort on my part. Old roof removal and new installation was completed all in one day.

From our first interaction to the final roof installation/clean up it was absolutely flawless. There's no time wasting, Mr Williams pre-work, presentation to our final acceptance process was nothing less then sensational. Great Experience, Quality and Price

On April 2nd, 2020, our roof was replaced by T. Williams Roofing. My wife and I were very happy with the job completed within one day. Our home, a single story has a roof with some 12 facets and various slopes that could have presented challenges but were handled in a manner of fact way. Tom came by the day after the completion to personally inspect and answer any questions which we had. Further, on April 9th we experienced the ultimate test of integrity in a tremendous storm which dumped several inches of rain with very high winds but no evidence of any damage.Why did we end up choosing T. Williams? Here are the key reasons:1. Experience. Tom represents the third generation of his family in the roofing business. Theorganization of the team to complete this job in one day was incredible.2. Price. T. Williams was the most competitive of all quotes we received from leading and highlyqualified and recommended competitors. There were no costly surprises in the final bill.3. Quality. Roofing material by Owens Corning and all contacts with Tom and his people were topdrawer. The team of roofers was professional in every way and did an excellent job of clean-up before leaving.

Job Done Quickly and Efficiently With Skill and Diligence

I needed a new roof ASAP and chose T Williams Roofing based on reviews, their rating with the Better Business Bureau, and my conversation with Tom, the owner. He was honest and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. I also had a great experience with the team that tore down my old roof and installed the new one, all in one day. Fernando and his men executed the job quickly and efficiently with skill and diligence. I know it was a lot of hard work and couldn't be more thankful to them. This new roof will last for a long time, but if I am ever in the market for a roof replacement again, T Williams Roofing would be the first company I call.

Professional and Informative

The guys worked form 7 Am to 8:00 at night day 1 of the job. Fernando and his crew could not have been any more professional. Our 3400 square foot house was completely wrapped up without a nail left behind by 11:00 AM day 2. Thank you Tom for the good work!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly our roof got done. We had a tear-off, new plywood, and shingles completed in half a day. They came back and finished the gutters in a few hours. Looks amazing with the new GAF Timberline shingles. Spotless clean up. Tommy explained everything and was easy to get a hold of. Excellent value.
